Hi, I’m Tiffiny
For over 20 years, I’ve worked with founders, leaders, and entrepreneurs across multiple industries, building businesses from the ground up, guiding CEOs through restructures, and creating powerful personal brands.
I know what it looks like when someone is performing competence they no longer feel. I know the particular exhaustion of being the one everyone relies on. And I know, from the inside, what it costs to keep going when something fundamental is out of alignment.
My own breaking point came after years of running on fight or flight, measuring my worth through output, and cycling through burnout until it ended in hospitalisation and a breakdown that no diagnosis fully explained. That experience led me into nervous system regulation, identity deconditioning, and root cause work, and is now the foundation of The Alignment Process®.
My professional training includes a First-Class BSc in Psychology, Root Cause Therapy, ICF-Accredited Transformational Coaching, Somatics and NLP. But what I bring most is the ability to see the architecture beneath the surface and the experience to help you rebuild it.
Unlike approaches that work at the level of behaviour and mindset, this works at the root, the beliefs, identities, and nervous system patterns generating the experience in the first place.
Because no amount of strategy or force will fix what's out of alignment with who you really are.
